Baku – APA. Azerbaijani Armed Forces have recently started using cryptophones.
Cassidian phones are produced by EADS company. Crypto communication is possible only when both sides of the conversation are using a cryptophone, APA reports.
TETRA communications are reportedly accessible in these phones.
It was formerly reported that the phone conversations of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s leadership were listened at a meeting on the front line in February.
